    Slaughter Doesn't Trigger NLRB Injunctions, Mich. Judge Says

Slaughter ruling doesn't compel judges to hand out injunctions blocking National Labor Relations Board cases, a Michigan federal judge said, denying a construction company's injunction bid and reminding employers that they must do more than cite the ruling to win one.
