It is FUTHER ORDERED that GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART 40 Motion to Strike as follows: Defendant's motion to strike Plaintiff tortious interference claim brought against all Defendants is GRANTED without leave to amend; Defendants' motion to strike Plaintiff's defamation claim brought against Defendant Laurel is DENIED; Defendants' motion to strike Plaintiff's defamation claim brought against all other Defendants, is GRANTED, without leave to amend. Plaintiff shall either file a first amended complaint or file a notice of his intent to proceed only on the claims found to be cognizable and not stricken within 21 days from the date of this Order.
