Order Dismissing Case
ORDER DISMISSING CASE: On 4/10/2025, the Court directed plaintiff to show cause within thirty days why this case should not be dismissed for the reasons stated in the Court's order. See 4/10/2025 Order to Show Cause. Plaintiff was warned that "[f]ailure to respond will likely result in this case being dismissed." Ibid. To date, plaintiff has not filed a response. Accordingly, for the reasons explained in the order to show cause, plaintiff's 1 complaint is dismissed. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal of this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment and close this case.
