ERROR: Documents requiring signatures of more than one party should represent the consent of other parties on the document (see the Court's Amended Electronic Case Filing Administrative Policies and Procedures section 11(d) for more information.) This can be accomplished by including a "signed w/ permission" statement on the signature line. To correct this error, please file a notice with the Court indicating consent was obtained. (JM)
