Order on Motion to Withdraw as Attorney
ORDER with respect to 89 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney.. Given counsel's representation that she has been fired, the conference scheduled for September 24, 2026 is cancelled. ECF No. 87. Any objections to the Motion by either the Defendants or the client shall be filed by September 28, 2026. Counsel for the client, who is not yet relieved of their obligations as counsel, is directed to send a copy of this order to the client and to file on the docket any objection to the Motion that the client wishes to interpose. The client has no obligation to file an objection, but is advised that the Motion will likely be granted if there is no objection. The undersigned will address the Motion at a telephone conference on September 30, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Counsel and the client should contact chambers using the Court's conference line, +1 646-453-4442 (Conference ID: 668 437 876#).
