Order Dismissing Case
ORDER DISMISSING CASE: On August 31, 2026, pro se Petitioner Barbara A. Evans-Gray filed a Motion to Compel Non-Party Subpoena Compliance. (Doc. No. 1 ). On September 9, 2026, she paid the required $52.00 fee to proceed. (Doc. No. 5 ). Because the Middle District of Tennessee is not the district in which compliance with the subpoena is required, this court lacks jurisdiction to enforce the subpoena. Accordingly, Motion to Compel Non-Party Subpoena Compliance (Doc. No. 1 ) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to refile in the correct jurisdiction. Signed by District Judge Aleta A. Trauger on 10/1/2026. (xc: Pro se party by regular mail.) (DOCKET TEXT SUMMARY ONLY-ATTORNEYS MUST OPEN THE PDF AND READ THE ORDER.)(ch)
