Instead, if Plaintiff wishes to file a Third Amended Complaint to address the pleading deficiencies addressed in the Court's Memorandum, he shall do so by 10/16/26, in which case Defendant(s) shall respond by 11/16/26. If Plaintiff does not file a Third Amended Complaint by 10/16/26, this case will be closed. Additionally, as Plaintiff is being given leave to file a Third Amended Complaint, 169 Plaintiff's Motion to Supplement Jurisdictional Record is DENIED AS MOOT.
