Investment Firms' Scrap Over Fees Gets New Trial Date

Law360, London (January 2, 2019, 5:47 PM GMT) -- A U.K. judge has agreed to delay by at least seven months a trial centered on a London-based financial adviser's claim that a Rwandan investment firm has refused to pay it nearly $3 million in invoiced fees, according to new court documents.

According to the latest filings in the case, Judge Clare Moulder has agreed to push back the trial date — which was originally slated for February — until September at the earliest.
