UK Antitrust Authority Issues Guidance On No-Deal Brexit

Law360 (January 28, 2019, 8:58 PM EST) -- The U.K.’s competition authority on Monday issued draft guidance about how the agency would be affected if the nation withdraws from the European Union without a negotiated deal, and laid out what happens to cases that are still open if it does.
