Derivatives Firm Bosses Banned For Trading While Insolvent

Law360, London (February 5, 2019, 4:42 PM GMT) -- Four former bosses of a derivatives firm have been been banned from running companies for almost two decades for trading while being insolvent, a government agency said Tuesday.

Paul Rossi, Claire Michelle Rossi, Mark Rossi and Daniel Michael Goldberg were directors of Independent Derivative Traders Ltd., trading as Futex, which provided access to a financial market trading platform for subcontracted independent traders.
