Finance Director Handed 7-Year Bankruptcy Restriction
Law360, London (February 6, 2019, 7:30 PM GMT) -- A finance company director who racked up losses of more than £177,00 ($230,000) has been handed a seven-year bankruptcy restriction order after breaching insolvency rules, a U.K. government agency said Wednesday.
Terence Coventry, former sole director of Alliance Traffic Services Ltd., which collapsed in November 2017, was given a seven-year bankruptcy restriction by the Insolvency Service after it emerged that his mismanagement of company accounts and invoices left the company with shortfalls of more than £177,000.
