Citibank Fires Back At Uniface Software Licensing Suit

Law360, London (February 8, 2019, 7:12 PM GMT) -- Citibank NA has fought back against claims that it violated its licensing deal with Uniface BV by installing its server software in business units beyond London, saying the company was well aware the financial giant was expanding its use to the United States and Singapore.
