FCA Widens Probe Into Toilet Roll Manufacturer

Law360, London (March 28, 2019, 3:20 PM GMT) -- The Financial Conduct Authority has widened its investigation into allegedly misleading company statements submitted by loo roll provider Accrol Group Holdings in 2017 to cover the period since the company began trading on the stock market.

The lavatory paper maker said Wednesday the FCA will now sift through two years of financial statements as part of a regulatory investigation into whether the company misled the market. Accrol has not specified what announcements are being looked at.
