Law360, London (April 8, 2019, 4:01 PM BST) -- The European Commission slapped U.S. conglomerate General Electric with a €52 million ($58.5 million) fine on Monday for providing misleading information to a regulatory investigation into its takeover of a Danish designer of rotor blades.
