Bank Wins Dishonesty Case In €100M Fraud, But Still Liable

Law360, London (April 11, 2019, 4:36 PM BST) -- A former banking unit of LLB AG was handed a partial win in a London appeals court on Thursday in a case centered on a €100 million ($113 million) fraud, successfully pinning liability for dishonest assistance on an accountant but failing to overturn other findings against it.
