Connolly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware released a revised form scheduling order requiring disclosure of detailed infringement and invalidity contentions early in the case, and requiring a showing of good cause for amendment of those contentions.[1] The new form order also requires a detailed identification of "accused instrumentalities" that must be "as specific as possible."[2]...
