Dechert Lawyer In ENRC Case Sues Private Investigation Firm

Law360, London (October 2, 2019, 5:33 PM BST) -- A top white-collar crime attorney at Dechert has accused investigations consultancy Diligence International of spying on him and his wife, according to a lawsuit filed in the High Court in London seeking as much as £100,000 ($122,667) in damages from the firm.
