FedEx Fights Drivers' Class Notification Bid
FedEx Ground Package System Inc. took its latest swipe at drivers Wednesday, arguing that the plaintiffs’ bid to notify class members is “premature” because the specific notices that plaintiffs seek to issue contain inaccuracies and are deficient.

FedEx Launches Defense In Driver Class Action
FedEx Ground Package System Inc. lashed out Monday at allegations by drivers that the shipping company wrongfully terminated workers with single routes in a bid to bar them from pursuing charges brought in the multidistrict litigation.
