11th Circ. Forces Arbitration In Regions Bank Overdraft Suit
The Eleventh Circuit on Monday found that a proposed class of Regions Financial Corp. customers must arbitrate their claims that Regions and its banking unit Regions Bank charged them expensive overdraft fees, reversing a lower court's ruling.
