A West Virginia magistrate judge on Monday disqualified an expert witness from testifying for the plaintiffs in pelvic mesh multidistrict litigation targeting C.R. Bard Inc., finding that while testifying for the device maker in previous litigation he'd had access to confidential attorney work product and was now "blatantly" trying to switch sides.
