    9/11 Suit Judge Says Saudi Bank Exec Must Sit For Deposition

    The district judge in the long-running multidistrict litigation over the 9/11 attacks said a magistrate judge was correct in her determination that the chair of Riyadh-based Al Rajhi Bank might have "unique knowledge" relevant to the case, overruling the bank's objections to the magistrate judge's order requiring the chair to sit for an oral deposition.
