Judge Koh Picks Up 2nd Dreamworks Anti-Poaching Case
U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh has agreed to hear a second California class action accusing Dreamworks Animation SKG and other animation companies of conspiring to fix workers' pay, less than a month after agreeing to hear a similar suit, on grounds that both are factually related to the massive Apple Inc. antitrust action she's overseeing.

Contractors Hit Pixar, Disney With New Anti-Poaching Suit
Pixar Inc., The Walt Disney Co. and other animation studios were hit with a new putative class action in California federal court Wednesday alleging they conspired to fix the pay of contractors, who cited testimony from a similar antitrust case brought by engineers against Apple Inc. and other tech giants.
