    Ski Club Trustee Wants Jailed Founder, Counsel Sanctioned

    The liquidating trustee for Yellowstone Mountain Club on Thursday urged a Washington federal court to impose about $31,200 in sanctions against counsel for the former owner of the bankrupt resort, saying the currently jailed defendant has intentionally tried to avoid giving testimony in a suit over transferred assets.
