OneBeacon Says Reinsurer Is Withholding $2M In AIG Feud
OneBeacon America Insurance Co. launched a lawsuit in Massachusetts federal court Monday alleging Transatlantic Reinsurance Co. intentionally harmed OneBeacon's business by withholding $2 million as part of a feud with Transatlantic's former owner American International Group Inc. following Transatlantic's acquisition by Alleghany Corp.
