A federal judge in Kansas on Tuesday revived some legal malpractice claims against San Antonio-based Watts Guerra LLP and 15 other law firms, reversing his earlier ruling on the grounds that Minnesota Supreme Court precedent allows the farmers to move forward with allegations they were misrepresented in Syngenta AG litigation.
