    Suffolk U. 'Boldly' Misread COVID Tuition Ruling, Judge Says

    A Massachusetts federal judge denied Suffolk University's motion to dismiss students' claims for tuition refunds during the COVID-19 pandemic, saying the school's attorneys had "boldly" misread a previous order denying class certification to mean that the plaintiffs never could have put together a valid class, and thus lack subject matter jurisdiction.
