An e-commerce trade group cannot sue Pennsylvania in federal court over its efforts to tax small remote sellers with inventory housed at in-state Amazon properties based on the inventory's location because the state provides adequate remedies, a federal court said.

Pennsylvania's requirement that small remote sellers with inventory housed at Amazon fulfillment centers file income and sales and use tax returns is unconstitutional, an e-commerce trade group said in a federal lawsuit seeking to bar the state's enforcement actions.
