GameStop Gets Pa. Wiretapping Suit Tossed For Good
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday threw out a proposed class action against GameStop Inc. claiming the retailer violated wiretapping laws by tracking consumer's website activity, ruling that even if the company had violated the law, the complaint didn't show the information collected was sensitive enough to sue over.
