Actor Eric André and another comedian who said their constitutional rights were violated when they were racially profiled at an Atlanta airport have reached a tentative deal with a Georgia county to settle their lawsuit about a year after the Eleventh Circuit agreed to revive the case.

Comedian and actor Eric André on Tuesday accused Clayton County, Georgia, of racial profiling at Atlanta's airport, saying he was ambushed and questioned on a jet bridge by police officers in a "humiliating and degrading" experience that overwhelmingly affects Black passengers.
