Andreessen Horowitz, a Bain Capital affiliate and other venture capital firms asked a California federal judge to reconsider his decision to not dismiss a proposed class action claiming they assisted a decentralized crypto organization in selling unregistered securities, arguing that the plaintiffs previously told the court they don't plan to pursue so-called direct liability claims against the firms.
