Tesla can't pause the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's suit alleging the carmaker allowed a California factory to be overrun with racist remarks and graffiti, the agency told a federal court, saying Tesla is trying to deflect by asserting that the EEOC's action is duplicative of two other lawsuits.
