An Alabama federal judge tossed a lawsuit Tuesday from an ex-employee who claimed Regions Bank failed to accommodate her attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and then illegally fired her for taking medical leave, saying she couldn't overcome the bank's argument that poor performance drove her termination.

A federal judge has suspended an attorney from practicing in the Northern District of Alabama after the attorney deleted his ChatGPT account in a bid to cover up his use of the chatbot to write an erroneous brief, saying the court never imagined having to deal with such "atrocious conduct."
