ORDER on Plaintiff's Request for Clarification of this Court's July 14, 2026 Order 99 . The Court clarifies that the intended scope of the condition is that of the latter interpretation, meaning that Plaintiff will be unable to introduce any expert testimony. Plaintiff failed to disclose any experts within the nine-month discovery period.
