TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's status update (ECF 90). This Court administratively terminated this matter pending the New Jersey Supreme Court's decision in Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company, et al. v. Carteret Comprehensive Medical Care, P.C., et al. (ECF 81). In light of the recent decision, the Clerk of the Court is directed to REOPEN this matter. Relatedly, this Court administratively terminated Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration (ECF 61) without prejudice (ECF 76). Defendants are ORDERED to jointly respond to Plaintiff's status update (ECF 90) and advise the Court on whether they seek to refile their motion with supplemental briefing.
