JOINT STIPULATION TO VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF ACTION: Plaintiffs Walter Auto Loan Trust; Agoratrade LLC; Agoratrade LLC as Trust Manager and Beneficiary of the Walter Auto Loan Trust; Agora Data, Inc.; and WALT, LLC ("Plaintiffs") and Posh Automotive, LLC ("Posh") (collectively, "Parties"), by and through their respective counsel of record, and pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 41(a)(1)(ii) hereby jointly dismiss their respective claims against each other with prejudice, all parties to bear their own fees and costs.
