   Pretrial Conference - Interim

   MINUTE ENTRY. The Court held an in-person pre-trial conference on June 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Seth H. Salinger appeared on behalf of Plaintiff Justin Sullivan, who was also present. Christine F. Marks appeared on behalf of Defendant Aircraft Services Group, Inc. Thomas M. Mealiffe and Sarah N. Clancy appeared on behalf of Defendant Kerry Sailler. Court reporter ToniAnn Lucatorto was present.
   
   The Court heard from the parties regarding their Second Proposed Joint Pretrial Order, including the parties' anticipated claims, defenses, and evidence to be offered at trial. (ECF No. 97 .) The Court also heard argument from the parties regarding the Court's subject-matter jurisdiction over this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
   
   By June 26, 2026, the parties shall file a joint submission setting forth the relevant facts necessary to establish (1) the citizenship of each of the parties to this action, as well as (2) whether the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000. The parties shall establish all material facts by sworn affidavit, and may attach supporting exhibits if necessary.
   
   The parties shall also file by June 26, 2026, a joint submission confirming availability for a jury trial commencing on each of the following dates: (1) March 22, 2027; (2) March 29, 2027; (3) April 5, 2027; and (4) April 12, 2027.
   
   The parties shall submit a Third Proposed Joint Pretrial Order in compliance with all of the requirements set forth in the Court's Individual Rule 7.1, as well as all motions in limine concerning objections to any evidence that will be proffered by an opposing party by September 23, 2026. Any response to such a motion is due by October 7, 2026.
   
   The parties shall appear for an in-person pre-trial conference before the Court on January 6, 2027 at 10:00 AM in the Alfonse D'Amato Courthouse in Central Islip, Long Island, Courtroom 1040.
   
   The Court will schedule the trial as well as additional pre-trial submission deadlines and a final pre-trial conference in a forthcoming trial scheduling order.
