ORDERED under Fed. R. Civ. P. 11, 28 U.S.C. § 1927, and/or the Court's inherent authority, the Court SANCTIONS Plaintiff's counsel, Kent Dryer, Dryer Law Firm LLC, 20 E. Franklin Street, Ste. 4, Liberty, Missouri 64068, for repeated non-compliance with Orders of this Court, and particularly for counsel's failure to file the motion for confirmation of sale by September 11, 2026 as directed, and/or failure to provide any other timely indication to the Court about whether the foreclosure sale occurred and/or whether he required more time to prepare the motion. The Court FINES Mr. Dryer in the amount of $1,000.00 for failure to comply with the filing deadline for the motion for confirmation of sale. The Court will assess an additional $250.00 fine against Mr. Dryer for each weekday the motion for confirmation of sale is late. It is further
ORDERED Mr. Dryer should be prepared to SHOW CAUSE during the hearing scheduled on Friday, September 18, 2026, why the sanctions imposed should not continue to accrue and/or why this Order should be set aside and/or why the Court should not impose further sanctions against him and/or his client.
