ORDER. The Court has reviewed the parties' submissions at ECF Nos. 24 & 25 . Defendant's counsel represents that "barring any additional unforeseen obstacles, the parties should be able to complete written discovery by September 25, 2026 and provide this Court with a plan to address any additional discovery by September 30, 2026." See ECF No. 25 at 2. Plaintiffs' counsel consents to this schedule. Accordingly, the Court denies ECF No. 24 as moot and orders the following amended schedule. Fact discovery as to the two Plaintiffs concludes by 9/25/2026. On or before 9/30/2026, the parties must file a joint letter outlining their plans for the next steps to be taken in this action.
