ORDER This matter is before the Court on 26 AAC's Motion for Appointment of Receiver (the "Motion"). Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(a), "[b]efore filing a motion, counsel for the moving party... shall confer or make reasonable, good faith efforts to confer with any opposing counsel... to resolve any disputed matter" and "shall describe in the motion... the specific efforts to fulfill this duty."
