ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE: Let the Defendants PAULINA DURAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC.; AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE; CITY OF NEW YORK; NEW YOUR CITY ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD; NEW YORK CITY PARKING IVOLATIONS BUREAU and NEW YORK CITY TRANSIT ADJUDICATION BUREAU, show cause before a motion term of this Court, at the Hon. Nelson S. Roman's Courtroom at the Federal Building and United States Courthouse, 300 Quarropas Street, Courtroom 218, White Plains, New York 10601 on December 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why an order should not be issued pursuant to Rule 55(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure granting a default judgment against the said Defendants, granting the amount due to Plaintiff in the amount of $360,005.99 through July 14, 2025, plus attorney's fees in the amount of $6,800.00, plus costs and disbursements of this action in the amount of $2,035.00, totaling the sum of $368,840.99, and directing the foreclosure auction and sale of the real property known as 2445 HOFFMAN STREET, BRONX, NY 10458; and it is further ORDERED, that the service of a copy of this Order, with underlying affidavits, affirmations, and exhibits upon the Defendants by 5:00 p.m. on or before November 16, 2026, shall be deemed good and sufficient service thereof; and it is further ORDERED, that any papers opposing the relief herein must be filed and served by December 2, 2026.
