ORDER GRANTING 83 Joint Motion to Extend Time to file ADR Stipulation. On 9/23/2026, the Court issued a 82 Case Management Order directing the parties to file a revised stipulation regarding ADR identifying a neutral and date certain on which the ADR shall occur by 9/28/2026. Now, in the 83 Joint Motion for Extension, the parties request an extension of their deadline to file a stipulation regarding ADR until 10/5/2026, averring that such extension will allow the parties to find a time suitable both to the parties and the neutral. The Court finds that good cause exists for the requested extension. Accordingly, the 83 Motion is GRANTED and the parties shall file a revised stipulation regarding ADR identifying a neutral and date certain on which ADR shall occur by 10/5/2026. No further extension of the deadline to file an stipulation regarding ADR will be granted absent extraordinary circumstances. Signed by Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand on 9/30/2026.
