In its 36 answer to Plaintiff AMG Resources Corporation's 8 Amended Complaint, Defendant KCJ Logistics, LLC asserted crossclaims against Defendants American Transport Group LLC and Kind Transportation Inc. On 3/31/2026 and 4/7/2026 respectively, American Transport Group LLC and Kind Transportation Inc. separately moved to dismiss the crossclaims. See ECF Nos. 52, 55. On 4/16/2026, KCJ Logistics filed amended crossclaims against American Transport Group LLC and Kind Transportation Inc. See ECF No. 61. The 52 55 Motions to Dismiss the original crossclaims are therefore moot. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 52 55 Motions to Dismiss are DISMISSED as MOOT.
