This Order incorporates by reference the definitions in the Order Granting Lead Plaintiff's Motion For Distribution of the Net Settlement Fund to Authorized Claimants filed July 3, 2012 (the "Distribution Order") (ECF No. 117), the Final Judgment filed July 22, 2011 (ECF No. 113) and the Stipulation of Settlement as amended dated January 27, 2011 (the "Stipulation") (ECF No. 94-1 ). 2. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of the Action and over all parties to the Action, including the Settlement Class Members. 3. Lead Plaintiffs request to pay to the accounting firm Citrin Cooperman & Co., LLP the sum of $4,030 from the Net Settlement Fund is GRANTED; 4. Lead Plaintiffs request to pay to the Court-approved Claims Administrator Garden City Group, LLC the sum of $16,528.86 from the Net Settlement Fund is GRANTED; and5. Lead Plaintiffs request to close the Net Settlement Fund is GRANTED. 6. The Court retains jurisdiction to consider any further applications concerning the administration of the Settlement, and such other and further relief as the Court deems appropriate.
