Minute Order. Proceedings held before Judge Darrel James Papillion: Status Conference held on 5/19/2026. ORDERED that the Motions to Withdraw as Counsel of Record ( 89 , 90 , 92 ) are hereby granted. FURTHER ORDERED that Kristopher T. Wilson, Steven C. Kerbaugh, and Haley Bible (formerly Haley Zhu-Butler) are hereby withdrawn as counsel of record for Defendants, Stacey Powell, Logical Maintenance Solutions, Inc., Flex Equity, LLC, and Ovation Workplace Services, Inc. FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned action is hereby temporarily stayed for 60 days. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court shall administratively close this action for statistical purposes only. If Plaintiff wishes to pursue this action, Plaintiff has sixty (60) days, or until and including Monday, July 20, 2026, to move to re-open this action. FURTHER ORDERED that all pretrial and trial deadlines and dates are hereby canceled. If this action is re-opened, the Court's Case Manager shall set a Scheduling Conference to select a new trial and pretrial and trial dates. FURTHER ORDERED that the 33 Motion to Dismiss or, in the alternative, for a More Definite Statement is hereby denied without prejudice, to be re-urged, if the parties wish to do so, if and after the action is re-opened. FURTHER ORDERED that, if this action is re-opened, Logical Maintenance Solutions, Inc., Ovation Workplace Services, Inc., and Flex Equity, LLC--if still parties to the action--must obtain legal counsel and cause their counsel to enter an appearance within 30 days of the issuance of the order re-opening the action.
