Discovery Hearing ~Util - 1 Set/Reset Deadlines and Hearings
MINUTES for INFORMAL DISCOVERY CONFERENCE held via video conference before Chief Magistrate Judge Carolyn K. Delaney: On 6/17/2026, the Court held an Informal Discovery Conference. Shahid Manzoor appeared for Plaintiffs. Thomas Agawa appeared for Defendants. David Turek, counsel for Defendant Bemis Manufacturing Company, was also present. The parties and Court discussed the issues. The Court ordered Defendants to supplement their answers to Interrogatories 14 - 16, including subparts, within 14 (fourteen) days. The Court also ordered that Plaintiffs be allowed to depose Ms. Shayla Bullock within the limited lawyer-client privilege waiver set forth in Cal. Civ. Proc.
