All proceedings in this action are STAYED pending the completion of the arbitration. 4. This case is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending the arbitration. The parties are DIRECTED to file a joint status report on December 30th and June 30th of each year until reinstated. All pending deadlines and settings are VACATED.
