Counsel for Plaintiff is ORDERED to provide notice of the hearing to Plaintiff and file a proof of service with the Court no later than seven (7) days from the date of this Order. The parties and their counsel are advised to be prepared to answer the following question: Per Local Rule 83-2.3.5, if the Motion for Withdrawal is granted, will there be any foreseeable delay in the case schedule? This matter is set for a hearing on November 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM, in Courtroom 8B of the First Street Courthouse, 350 West First Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. By default, all hearings shall proceed in-person, unless a request is made by the parties and granted by the Court. Requests to appear via Zoom must be e-filed by the Friday before the hearing and must indicate that counsel has met and conferred per Local Rule 7-3.
