TEXT ORDER. On December 18, 2024, the Court issued a Text Order regarding the settlement of this matter. (Dkt. 36; see also Dkt. 35 (letter informing Court of settlement)). The Court informed the parties that pursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a), the parties have 14 days after the case has settled to submit a stipulation of dismissal or other appropriate document, and if such document is not timely filed, the Court may enter an order dismissing the case as settled, without costs, and on the merits. (Dkt. 36). The Court ordered the parties to submit either a stipulation of dismissal or a status update on or before January 2, 2025, or the Court may enter an order pursuant to Local Rule 41(a). (Id.). Over four months have passed since the Court's Text Order, and neither a status update nor a stipulation of discontinuance has been filed. Accordingly, this case is dismissed as settled, without costs, and on the merits. See L. R. Civ. P. 41(a). The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Elizabeth A.
