- Order (PAPERLESS or pdf attached)
PAPERLESS ORDER on 20 Amended Complaint. On June 26, 2026, Plaintiffs filed an Amended Complaint, which removes allegations against the John Doe Defendants. See [ECF No. 20]. The Court previously granted Defendant Cable Bahamas Limited an extension of time to file a response or answer to Plaintiffs' Complaint by July 17, 2026. [ECF No. 16]. The Court finds that good cause still exists to grant Defendant Cable Bahamas Limited an extension of time to respond to the operative complaint.
Accordingly, Defendant Cable Bahamas Limited shall file a response or answer to Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint on or before July 17, 2026. Should Defendant Cable Bahamas Limited file a Motion to Dismiss by July 17, 2026, Plaintiffs shall file their Response in Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss on or before August 21, 2026, and Defendant Cable Bahamas Limited shall file its Reply in Support of the Motion to Dismiss on or before September 4, 2026.
Signed by Judge Rodolfo A. Ruiz, II on 6/30/2026. (twk)
