ENDORSED ORDER: The 31 corrected third amended complaint ("Pleading") filed by Plaintiff on June 8, 2026, is not signed as required by Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure ("Rule(s)"). See Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a); see also Doc. 13 at 2-3. In addition, contrary to Rule 10 and the Court's prior instructions, see Doc. 26 at 2, 5, the Pleading includes multiple claims asserted in narrative statements (and not "numbered paragraphs, each limited as far as practicable to a single set of circumstances"), see Doc. 31 at 19-24. Moreover, the AI certification in the Pleading, see Doc. 31 at 25, does not comply with the requirements of the April 2, 2026, standing order of the presiding District Judge, and the Pleading does not comply with the typography requirements of the January 13, 2021, standing order of the presiding District Judge (and, as modified therein, Local Rule 1.08). By no later than July 10, 2026, Plaintiff must file a fourth amended complaint that fully complies with the Rules, the requirements outlined herein, and the Court's prior instructions; failure to comply may result in the dismissal of this case.
