Minute Entry for Proceedings Held Before Magistrate Judge Valerie E. Torres and Minute Order Following Discovery Conference. The Court held a Discovery Conference on May 22, 2026. The parties have generally resolved the discovery issues previously raised with the Court such that Court intervention is unnecessary at this time. As part of the resolution, Defendants committed to supplementing certain discovery responses. Accordingly, by no later than May 26, 2026, Defendants SHALL supplement, as appropriate, their written discovery responses to identify by Bates-number responsive documents. Minute Order Setting Deadlines and Follow-On Discovery Conference. The Court held a Discovery Conference on April 23, 2026. Based on the parties' representations, and for the reasons articulated on the record, the Court sets the following deadlines:The parties SHALL meet and confer in person or by videoconference by no later than May 15, 2026 to discuss (1) a sampling protocol for tenant files and related documents, as discussed on the record, and (2) ESI search protocols for Defendants' electronic document searches.Additionally, by no later than May 15, 2026:(1) Defendants SHALL produce any additional documents and information presently collected and available that are responsive to Plaintiffs' outstanding requests for production or interrogatories; and(2) Plaintiffs SHALL produce all documents and information required by the Court's prior February 11, 2026 Order Overruling Objections and Setting Deadline for Production. See ECF No. 75 .Pursuant to agreement of the parties, no further Court action is necessary at this time relating to Plaintiffs' deposition notice for a Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(b)(6) witness.The Court SETS a Follow-On Discovery Conference for May 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. by video conference before Magistrate Judge Valerie E. Torres. By no later than May 20, 2026, the parties SHALL file a Joint Statement, no longer than three pages, outlining any remaining discovery issues for the Court's consideration.
